THE OWNERS
Like the home’s original turn-of-the-century owners, Joyce and her husband, Craig, landed on Key West from the Caribbean. In 1994, after sailing the turquoise seas in a 33-foot boat Craig built by hand, the pair embarked on a new path of restoring historic properties and inn keeping. Seaside Place is their second vacation rental and you will likely see them passing by the house (Craig walks Old Town every day) , enjoying a cold Miller Lite at La Te Dah or watching a game and cheering on their Steelers!

Famous for our laid back lifestyle, charming Conch architecture, nightlife, watersports, historic sites, and, of course, our sunsets, Key West offers everything you could want in a vacation. It's true, we are, "close to perfect, far from normal", so why would you go anywhere else?
THE MAILBOX
Attention all friends: we'd like to introduce you to Hugh Manatee II! He's our gentleman greeter who will surely be one of the first friendly faces you see in Key West! Hugh recently received a cosmetic overhaul to counter those crows feet and laugh lines, and a new concrete pad to enhance his posture - needless to say, he's never looked better!
No one is quite as photogenic as Hugh and he's always game for a costume; be sure to bring a headress and exta tutu , he's ready to party!
